in virtual circuit router can be used
phone call is the exmple of virtual circuit

virtual ckt switching and packet switching both are different.

can you tell what all devices are in virtual circuit?

yes all the packets follow different path but in datagram not in virtual circuit

in packet switching (Virtual circuit switching, datagram circuit switching) here virtual circuit, resources are reserved then how you say resources not reserved?

As per i know packet switching is used generally for small msgs and circuit switchijg is used for big msgs. In packet switching we didn't reserve any resources and all the packets follow different paths due to which the msg at the receiver is received  our of order .and as we don't reserve  any resources and also we use packet switching for small msgs thus Tp is very less  here.
